Welcome to My Internet Home Page

‘It takes two to tango', goes a popular saying. The responsibility of a physician cannot be optimally fulfilled without the appropriate input by the patient. I encourage you to proceed without reservation as we strike this cord of patient-physician relationship; rest assured that our objective will be absolute confidentiality and stepwise information and education.

About Me

I was born and raised in Nigeria and my initial education was in a Christian School where I was inculcated with the resolve of appropriateness. I attended medical school at the University of Nigeria, Enugu, Nigeria and graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree in 1999. I participated in the National Youth Service Core for one year during which I endeavored in various medical outreach programs with particular interest in preventive medicine. I then immigrated to the United States and completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey. I definitely had a thorough time during residency considering the diverse patient population of the Jersey City area. My medical interest is in preventive care and I have a passion for drug-drug interaction and side effect.

At Kaiser Permanente the emphasis is on evidence-based medicine and this happens to be the sort of medical environment that appeals to my resolve. I am indeed thrilled about serving you in our Department of Medicine.

At my leisure, I enjoy playing chess and traveling. I had visited the Central Valley during my vacation and got blown away by the serenity and great weather so here I am for keeps.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
