My specialty is medical imaging, which includes MRI, CT scan, and Ultrasound in addition to X-rays. I chose to join this field because it allows me to be involved with all aspects of medicine and interact with most other subspecialists.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1999 and have enjoyed working with my fellow Permanente physicians in a noncompetitive collegial atmosphere at our Sacramento and Roseville medical centers.

About Me

I was raised in foggy San Francisco. I received my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of California at Davis. I then spent the next 10 years in New York City for medical school and residency. I also spent an extra year in UCLA for additional fellowship training in abdominal imaging.

I enjoy spending my free time with my two children biking and skiing. I also enjoy attending the performing arts and theater when possible.
