I find working as a physician is a job like no other.

It is very interesting and at the same time also challenging. My goal as a physician is to pr! ovide the best care possible for each of my patients. I choose Internal Medicine as my speciality field in medicine, primarly because I enjoy having a close contact with my patients and their families. I like working at Kaiser because it allows a physician to grow professionally and personally. I speak Hindi and Punjabi. Although, I was born in India, I grew up and did all my schooling in the United States. My hobbies include Scuba Diving, Swimming and Tennis, ofcourse movies and reading good books.

My Credentials

Medical school Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA
Residency Highland General Hospital, Oakland, CA
Board certification Internal Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
