Welcome to my Homepage!

I started working with Kaiser Permanente in 2006 and transferred here at Hayward/Union City in 2007. I really enjoy being an ambulatory care pharmacist and practicing in one of the greatest health care systems in the United States. After I graduated from Keio University (former Kyoritsu University of Pharmacy) in Japan with Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, I came to the states to pursue Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Therefore, I currently have both American & Japanese pharmacist licenses.

As for my post-graduate training, I had an opportunity to do both of my pharmacy practice & geriatric pharmacy residencies in Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center in California and East Carolina University in North Carolina.

I was born and raised in Japan. I am excited about practicing at Kaiser Permanente as a clinical pharmacist in an ambulatory care setting utilizing my knowledge and expanding on my work experiences.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
