I was born in Burma, now known as Myanmar. I came to United States in 1990 to further my education. I attended High School in De Soto, Texas then moved to Houston in 1995 where I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Houston in 1997. I received my Masters of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in May of 2001.

I first worked in an inpatient rehab setting at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio, Texas for a year. Then I moved to California with my family in December 2002. I worked at Seton Hospital in Daly City, CA for 2 years and Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto, CA for 2 years.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in Aug 2007 and haven been working in the outpatient physical therapy department treating a variety of patients with orthopedic problems. I enjoy seeing my patients get better. I believe my role as a physical therapist is to guide and educate people to overcome their pain, weakness, and functional deficits.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and trying new sports.

My office hours are 8:30-5 pm, Monday through Friday. For scheduling appointments, you can call physical therapy department at 650-299-4338. If you want to reach me you can call my voice mail at 650-299-4393 or you can email me through kp.org.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
