My Biography

As a Home Health physician, I am involved in caring for Kaiser patients at home and while at a Skilled Nursing Facility. I hope you find the following pages to be very informative.

As a physician, I find that my work is never intellectually boring, at times physically draining, but always emotionally rewarding. I feel privileged to be part of the Kaiser South San Francisco Home Care Team, working alongside talented and dedicated colleagues with the same goal of providing the best possible care to our members.

My area of specialty is Geriatric Medicine, which means my practice generally involves people over age 65. I even have patients past 100 years old! Starting with my own grandparents, I find that I enjoy spending time with this age group and have learned much about life and living from them.

In my free time, I enjoy walking, reading non-fiction, and Giants baseball. Go Giants!!

Our goal at Kaiser Permanente is to be your health plan of choice and deliver the quality medical care our members deserve. Thank you again for choosing Kaiser Permanente

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
