Welcome to My Internet Home Page

I am proud to be a member of such an outstanding department and the medical group here at Kaiser Permanente Central Valley. I hope that we can always provide high quality of care and service to you.

About Me

I obtained my medical degree at St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies and completed my residency in Internal Medicine through Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. I also completed my fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at University of California, Davis.

In addition to Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, my medical interests include Wilderness and High Altitude Medicine. Working in Kaiser Permanente allows me to concentrate on practicing medicine without worrying about the business side of health care. This is also an organization which provides pro-active and preventative care to their members and patients. Central Valley is an area with great location; not too far from the cities and I can still enjoy the nature. I am happy to be in a community filled with diversity, friendliness and great people.

My Philosophy of Care

“First Aid (and medicine) must be both expert and friendly. You must know what has to be done and how to do it quickly and neatly. No bungling!”

First Aid merit badge pamphlet, Boy Scouts of America 1939

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and I look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
