About Me

I earned my Master Degree in Physical Therapy from Sacramento State University in 2005. After graduation I began practicing at a Sports and Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Training clinic in San Francisco. Working at the clinic I was able to gain experience working with various types of professional athletes, including unique opportunities working with the San Francisco Ballet.

I have enjoyed furthering my education by attending continuing education courses involving the shoulder and the mechanics of the overhead-throwing athlete. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and appreciate precision training and strengthening for each individual.

I also enjoy working with lower extremities injuries involving the knee, foot and ankle. I enjoy encouraging my patients to work hard and get the most out of their physical therapy and teach them how to safely return them to the activities they love.

Personally I enjoy most outdoor activities; especially cycling, running and hiking with my wife.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
