About Me

Helping people through a hands-on and active approach is what initially attracted me to the profession of physical therapy. I am grateful and excited to be a part of this wonderful profession. One of the many reasons I decided to practice physical therapy is my fascination with the adaptability of the human body to respond to injury, stress and even exercise. The breakdown of one system or joint has the potential to profoundly impact another part of the body, and is why I approach assessment of each patient holistically. I like to view the whole person, and identify not only the structures causing symptoms, but also ways to prevent recurrence.

The Kaiser organization shares similar views to myself and exhibits a progressive view of health care by addressing the whole person to prevent disease and injury, improving quality of life for its members and employees. The environment is also conducive to learning and teaching, which foster personal and professional development, allowing me to deliver a higher standard of care - the type of care I would desire for my loved ones, as well as for myself.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
