I joined Kaiser Permanente Redwood City in July 2009, after completing my post graduate residency at Kaiser Permanente South San Francisco. I currently work as a care manager in the PHASE and Hypertension Clinics, and as a clinical pharmacist for Medication Therapy Management. I enjoy the various challenges of my position, and love working with the supportive team of providers at our facility.

The Kaiser Permanente philosophy of helping patients “THRIVE!” very much mirrors my own. I believe healthcare should be patient focused, and that our goal is to help our patients live a long, happy and prosperous life. Everyday in clinic, I strive to provide the best to my patients through education and collaboration. Compassion and empathy are two things I ensure to bring to every appointment. I am fluent in Chinese Mandarin, and I look forward to serving the diverse community here in the Bay Area.

In my leisure time, I enjoy staying physically active with dance and yoga classes. I am also an avid reader and an art enthusiast. I often frequent museums, foreign film festivals, the symphony and the opera. My hobbies include photography and traveling the wondrous world. Thank you for visiting my homepage and I look forward to working with you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
