My Practice Philosophy

As a pediatric hospitalist, I try to make your child’s hospital stay as comfortable as possible while still delivering exceptional standard of care. I also encourage families to fully participate in the care of their child.

About Me

I was born and raised in Hartford, CT. I attended the University of Connecticut for my undergraduate education in Molecular and Cell Biology. I graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 2006. My residency training was completed at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2009.

My Interests

Professionally, my interest is in intensive care, respiratory medicine and infectious disease. I also volunteer in Operation Smile, which is an organization that works worldwide to repair childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates. During my leisure, I enjoy mountain biking, international travel, camping and hiking.

My Credentials

Medical school Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
