I choose to work at Kaiser for the open-minded environment and the careful thought each provider takes in delivering cutting-edge healthcare. Providers and patients collaborate in a unique team approach to establish the appropriate, individualized care needed. Within the Kaiser system, I can work efficiently to optimize the care I provide.

I continually try to advance my expertise, as well as the Physical Therapy profession, and to further understand a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. I incorporate current research into my practice and use evidence to provide the most useful care. I seek partnership with each patient to ensure their goals are met. I strive to give power to my patients to make a positive change in their lives.

In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and healthy by snowboarding, running, weight training, and biking. I also love music and play the drums, which turns out to be quite a workout.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
