My Biography

Kaiser Permanente is an excellent place for members to receive care. We are a leader in high-quality care, preventive medicine, and health education. Our centralized, integrated model is a clear benefit for members. Kaiser’s comprehensive system places emphasis on areas other than just disease management, including prevention, wellness promotion, and alternative medicine. The comfort and wellness of patients is our goal. And working in San Francisco is wonderful! The city is very busy, but also very beautiful.

Our Internal Medicine Department features a wonderful, diverse staff. Here, I have the opportunity to provide our patients with tools to assist them in their diabetes management. I have several years’ experience in managing patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. I enjoy interacting with members of all different cultural backgrounds.

When I am not at work, I like engaging in hobbies such as taking walks and going to the movies. I maintain a healthy lifestyle through a program of regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
