About Me and My Profession

I am a licensed acupuncturist. Acupuncture therapy has been a part of traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It is widely accepted and used throughout Chin and now, in many other parts of the world. It is safe and very effective.

My Tenure at Kaiser Permanente

I have been a part of Kaiser Permanente in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since March of 2000.

Why I Like Practicing Acupuncture at Kaiser Permanente

At Kaiser Permanente, I am able to help patients who are afflicted with acute or chronic pain. It is gratifying to be able to help resolve the pain frequently after only 5-6 acupuncture treatments.

On a Personal Note…

I was born in Shanghai, China. I studied acupuncture at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 1982, I began working in an acupuncture clinic in Shanghai. I came to the United States in 1991. After passing the California acupuncture license exam, I opened my own clinic in Rocklin, California.
