My Practice Philosophy

I believe in providing high quality evidence based care for my patients. I like to partner with my patients and encourage them to set goals in their health and help them achieve those in the best possible way.

About Me

I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Southern California. My undergraduate education in Biology and Economics was from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). I graduated from Albany Medical College in 2001. My residency training was completed at UC Irvine. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2009.

My Interests

Professionally, my interests include hospital-based medicine, quality improvements, patient safety and health care policy. During my leisure, I enjoy tennis, swimming, skiing, reading and spending time with my two boys and husband. My language abilities include English, Vietnamese and Spanish.
