I enjoy working collaboratively with people to find solutions to their problems. I believe in focusing on strengths and helping people learn new skills to achieve goals. I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including trauma, life transitions, mood and anxiety disorders as well as severe mental illness. I have an interest in both individual and group psychotherapy.

I joined the Kaiser Permanente Outpatient Psychiatry Department in 1996. I have also worked in a variey of other settings including private practice, employee assistance program, and agencies providing services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1982.
