Welcome to my Home Page !

I joined Kaiser Permanente in April of 2006. Prior to this, I worked as a clinic manager and staff therapist in an outpatient clinic in Newman, California for about two years.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. I received my bachelor of science in physical therapy in the Philippines, and I am licensed to practice in the Philippines, New York and California. I am also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a clinical exercise specialist.

During my spare time, I enjoy watching movies , dining in, or spending time with friends. I love to travel, go to the gym and do adventurous activities like hiking, rafting, and biking.

Practice philosophy

I love my profession as a physical therapist and I believe it is one of the most rewarding jobs. I love helping people and making a difference in their lives, guiding them to reach their optimum capacity in resuming or coming as close as possible to their prior level of function.

Suggestions to Make the Most of Your Visit

  • Feel free to bring a family member or a friend to the clinic visit with you. I do not mind and sometimes they can help you recall important information.

  • If you have several items you wish to discuss, consider writing them down. Don't hesitate to ask questions that you need to clarify.

  • You can help us stay on schedule by arriving a few minutes before your appointment time.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
