About Me
I became a physician because I always enjoyed sciences and working with technology.
I was attracted to anesthesiology due to the opportunity to use my knowledge of procedures in caring for patients. In anesthesiology, we are able to improve pain, which I believe contributes to healing.
I like Kaiser Permanente because it is an integrated multispecialty group that allows me to best practice my specialty.
Outside medicine, I enjoy animals. I have raised two puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind while working with the Contra Costa County Puppy Raising Club. Both Keriann and Julimae graduated and are now working with blind partners. I also have a pet dog.
