Welcome To My Homepage
I grew up in New York City and finished my schooling on the East Coast, but came to California to do my residency because I fell in love with San Francisco during a business trip. After college, I worked for a few years as a college admissions counselor before going back to medical school.
I received my medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, and finished my residency and Hematopathology and Cytopathology fellowships at UCSF. I also completed a Surgical Pathology fellowship at Stanford University. I am board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology.
After finishing residency, I practiced in various settings while following my husband around the country during his tour with the US Navy. We finally came home to the Bay Area in 2004, and have settled on the Peninsula. I chose to join Kaiser Permanente because it offers a practice setting which emphasizes quality patient care. I am honored to work with a great staff, and well-trained colleagues.
During my non-working hours, I enjoy spending time with my two young daughters.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
