My Biography

After graduating from Cerritos College in 2005 with my Physical Therapy Assistant degree, I have enjoyed entering a profession where I can work with people, both patients and fellow health professionals. Together, we work together to improve everyday life. I see myself as facilitator, giving patients the tools to understand their injuries, strengthening their bodies and encouraging them to return to the physical activities they enjoy.

In addition to my formal physical therapy education, I have been able to engage in additional educational programs to specialize in Pilates for Fitness and Rehabilitation as well as Lymphedema treatments.

At Kaiser Permanente SSF, I have the honor to work for the Rehabilitation department and the Health Education department as the instructor for the Pilates class. By doing so, I am able to bring quality and consistency to Kaiser members in both rehabilitation and fitness settings. With the ultimate goal, that everyone remains healthy and strong.

In my spare time I enjoy, classical pilates, iyengar yoga, dancing, and movies.

Joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Group: 2008

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
