The purpose of this statement is to introduce myself and explain my medical practice. I began my medical career at the South Sacramento Medical Center after completing a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the UC Davis Medical Center. This is also where I completed my Diagnostic Radiology residency training. Prior to this, I lived in Washington, D.C. where I attended Medical school and completed a Surgical Internship.

Upon arriving at Kaiser Permanente, I was given the opportunity to establish the Division of Interventional Radiology within the Department of Radiology. As an Interventional Radiologist, I am able to offer patients advanced care using a combination of imaging technology and minimally invasive techniques. We perform a variety of procedures ranging from the placement of stents in blocked arteries to the treatment of uterine fibroids by embolizing the uterine arteries. I enjoy the ability to work directly with patients while also acting as a consultant to other physicians.

Away from work, I spend time with my wife and two young children. I believe that it is important to maintain a balance between professional and personal life. I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, tennis, golf, hiking and biking. I look forward to the day when I have more time to travel.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
