About Me
I was born in Bozeman, Montana and lived there until 15 years of age. I have lived in California ever since.
I received my BA in Psychology from UC Davis and my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento in 1989. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1992, and have worked for Kaiser Permanente since 1995. I am currently working full time on the Crisis Team in the Department of Psychiatry.
The Crisis Team in the Department of Psychiatry provides treatment and intervention for psychological emergencies. Our clinicians work on a multi-disciplinary team that is made up of MDs, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Marriage Family Therapists. We provide treatment and intervention at Sacramento, Morse Avenue and Roseville Parkway Out-Patient Clinics, the Roseville and Sacramento Emergency Departments and the Roseville and Sacramento in-patient medicine units.
In my spare time I enjoy being with family, music, reading, backpacking, scuba diving, and travel.
Be sure to visit the Kaiser Permanente Website for additional information regarding appointments, prescriptions, health education classes and other health-related topics. You can also click on my department link above to receive additional health information.
