I was born and raised in the San Francisco where I attended Lowell high school. In 2000 I received my Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences from California State University Hayward. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente I spent 8 years working as a Health educator for various community-based non-profit organizations. I believe strongly in preventative medicine and am eager to share my knowledge with patients. As a Clinical Health Educator my job is to provide you with the necessary information and tools to assist you in taking the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle. When you are ready to embark on this journey I will be here to provide you with support. My intent is to empower patients to take an active role in optimizing their health. Outside of work, I enjoy watching old movies, shopping, dancing, and dining at popular restaurants. I spend a majority of my free time with my friends and family throughout the bay area. In the future I look forward to traveling around the world and meeting new people. Thank you for taking the time to read my home page. I look forward to providing you with the best care in the near future.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
