Hi, thanks for visiting my home page. I have been a member of the Kaiser Permanente Physical Therapy team since 1998, and I have worked in the Occupational Medicine Department since 1999. I enjoy the close teamwork we share with our physicians and staff in our department while assisting in the rehabilitation of patients who have been injured on the job.

If you ever need our services, we look forward to helping you with all aspects of your recovery as well as your return to work and play. My dedication to work is here, but in my play time I enjoy horseback riding, cycling and spending time with my family.

My Credentials

Physical Therapy Program Samuel Merritt College, Master of Physical Therapy
Undergraduate University of California, Davis. Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology
Continuing Education Folsom Long Term Program, 1999
Continuing Education Austalian Based Orthopedic Long Term Program, 2000

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
