How to Use My Home Page...

My Biography

I joined Kaiser Permanente in December 2005 because I believe that an integrated system like Kaiser Permanente is a fabulous way to provide the best possible care to our patients. The focus on quality and service is evident throughout the system and helps us all strive for excellence. I am also able to work with pediatric trainees and medical students from UCSF which keeps my knowledge up to date and sharpens my mind. And I love the diversity of the patients and my coworkers.

I enjoy my job as your health advisor. You are the best protector and advocate for your health and that of your children, and I feel privileged to be asked to help empower and educate you so that your family can thrive.

In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities like biking, climbing mountains, and skiing, cooking and sharing meals with friends, and yoga. I also love to explore the world through books, art and travel.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
