Welcome to my home page at Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City! You are able to use the links on the left of this page to schedule appointments, order refills and research reliable Health Education Materials as well as information about preparing for surgery.

I recieved my medical degree from University of California, San Francisco. I completed my internship at Santa Clara Valley Hospital in San Jose and residency at Stanford University. In 2003, I join the Kaiser Permanente group.

I enjoy my work and chose this specialty for the intense, short-term aspects of patient care. Additionally, I find satisfaction in the collegial and co-operative efforts (between physicians, RNs, and surgical technicians) of the operating room. I take my responsibility for patient care very seriously and work part time to ensure I can give my best to both my professional and family lives.

An advantage of working at Kaiser Permanente is the lack of financial interest in running too many tests and procedures. Physicians are encouraged to give the best care rather than the most elaborate (and sometimes unnecessary). Finally I work with a great group of physicians here at Kaiser Permanente, Redwood City and feel confident in the overall care that we provide to our patients.

I am a wife and mother of a busy toddler. I speak Vietnamese and medical Spanish. My interests include ballroom dancing, traveling, and reading.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
