I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at University of California at Davis. I went on to get my Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from University of California at San Francisco in 2003 Afterward, I finished a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Palo Alto Veteran Affairs Health Care System.

In pharmacy school, I received multiple awards: - Bowl of Hygeia Award -Mylan Pharmaceuticals Excellence in Pharmacy Award -Lilly Achievement Award -Wal-Mart Leadership Scholarship -Long’s Foundation Leadership Scholarship.

I was also involved in many organizations: -President of the Associated Student of the School of Pharmacy -Treasurer of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society -Vice President of the School of Pharmacy, Class of 2003.

I have been with Santa Clara Kaiser Permanente since December 2005. I am currently working in the Anticoagulation Service and Heart Failure Management Program.

I live happily with my husband and love to cook, bake, and spend time with my family and my rabbit.

If there are questions you want me to address, I encourage you to contact me via Kaiser Permanente's Secure Messaging System. You can access Secure Messaging at my internet homepage above.
