About Me

Faculty: Health Education Instructor at Oakland Kaiser since 1998, Feldenkrais - Awareness Through Movement Classes
Certification: Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, graduated 4-year training 1997

I mainly serve as the physical therapist in the chronic pain clinic where my address is 3900 Broadway Building 2 Room 201, 752-7719 vm.

One afternoon a week, I am a movement consultant in the Rehabilitation Department. If you have an appointment that the Physical Therapy Department set up, please call (510) 752-6179 and speak with the receptionist.

Feldenkrais "Awareness Through Movement' classes are on Monday nights 5:30 - 6:30.
Judith Dambowic co-teaches this excellent class to re-learn and improve everyday movement.
Prerequisite: must be able to get up and down from the floor. Open to non-members as well.
