I am pleased to offer this web site as a means to provide helpful medical information for my patients, as well as an opportunity for you to learn more about me. I hope that through this medium I will be able to better serve you with the most up-to-date information, useful handouts, and helpful web links.

About Me
I was born in Kaiser Oakland in 1957 and received my health care throughout my youth at Kaiser. After I was through with my medical schooling and residency, I came to Kaiser Terra Linda to work as an Anesthesiologist and have practiced here for the past 15 yrs. They call me "the Kaiser kid" in my family! I have two adult children living in Arizona, and live with my current partner of 18 yrs, in Mill Valley. We enjoy boogie boarding at the beach, mountain biking in the Marin Headlands and skiing in the winter at Tahoe. I am very proud to be a small part of the Kaiser organization and feel that the great people working at Kaiser San Rafael are giving exceptional care to our many patients. We will continue to try and improve our service to our patients in any way we can.

Your comments and suggestions are always welcome, and I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
