My Specialty and Why I Chose It

I am a family physician, which means I take care of a variety of patients. I picked family practice because I love the variety of people that I get to see. I also picked family practice because I get the privilege of becoming a part of my patients’ lives.

My Practice Philosophy

I believe in forming a partnership with my patients. I value open communication, working with them for their life and for the best medical treatment, and I strive to do this with compassion.

My Tenure with Kaiser Permanente

I recently started working at Kaiser Permanente. I am excited to start my career here. I chose Kaiser Permanente because I feel that I have the tools available to me to be the best physician that I can be. I also like the fact that there are many support systems offered.

On a Personal Note. . .

I am originally from Sacramento. I moved to southern California for medical school and part of my training, and then moved back to the area to finish training and to be close to family.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
