My Biography

San Francisco Medical Center was a good fit for me because I wanted to live in the Bay Area and work in a medical module committed to superior patient care. At Kaiser Permanente, we provide for every level of patient care. For eye care, we begin at the optometry level, with optometrists as the primary providers.

I enjoy interacting with my patients and helping them with visual complaints or eye health problems. In our Optometry department, I am able to work closely with ophthalmologists with pre- and post-management, refractive surgeries, and cataract surgeries. I also have a special interest in working with the geriatric community.

I THRIVE through eating three meals per day, working out at the gym, and making time each day to listen to a tape of a babbling brook to help me unwind. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and I have a Siamese cat, Sammy, whom I found and adopted about 12 years ago.
