About Me

I obtained my Associated Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant at Deanza College and have been practicing in this field for 19 years. I started out of school working in private practice for three years, and then joined Kaiser Permanente Santa Teresa in 1990. In 1993, I transferred to the Gilroy Medical Offices and worked there for eight years until transferring to Stockton in 2001. My areas of interests are the neck shoulder, and knee. I am currently the instructor of the post operative total knee replacement class.

I am married and have two teenage children. When I am not working, I involve in my daughters’ sports activities and the school Parent Teacher Association (PTA). My other hobbies include gardening, exercising, cooking, reading and music.

Philosophy of Care

My patients must be willing to participate in their rehabilitation. Their participation plays a big role in the success of Physical Therapy. I will provide the knowledge, tools and guidance for them to follow through. I believe in educating patients so that they may better understand their problem in hopes of preventing future episodes and that they may live a healthy, happy life and THRIVE!!

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and I look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
