Hello and welcome to my homepage!
I was born and raised in New York, and completed my training in the Northeast, including specialty training in diagnostic radiology at Bridgeport Hospital, of the Yale - New Haven Health System, and subspecialty training in breast imaging at the Massachusetts General Hospital, of Harvard Medical School.
At an early age, breast cancer had touched my mother’s life, and through her experiences, my life had forever been changed. As a family member, I came to understand the role of the physician as a healer of both physical and emotional troubles. I saw the importance of building a strong patient – physician bond to ensure a positive experience through minimizing patient anxiety and fostering a supportive environment. Later on, as a physician, progressing in my training as a radiologist, I came to understand the importance of working as part of a team of physicians, so every option was thoroughly discussed, thus ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients. I joined Kaiser Permanente to become part of a larger team of outstanding physicians, all working to provide the best and most complete care possible for our patients.
During my spare time, I enjoy training for triathlons with various charity teams, walking my dog, attending the ballet, and simply appreciating that the sun had shone down on my loved ones and me for yet another day.
I would be honored to participate in your care and strive to empower you to face your health care with confidence and
security.
Thank you for visiting my homepage.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
