Happy to be here!

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2003 after spending three years of residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, VA and Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Prior to residency I received my doctor of podiatric medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, Califorinia. Getting back to California was very important to me as Northern California was where I grew up and where I feel most at home.

Your Feet are Your Foundation

As a foot and ankle specialist, I am interested primarily in getting people back to doing what they like do and living a happy, healthy life. Whether, it is through surgery, or by simply giving the proper advice, that is my ultimate goal.

Receiving Your Healthcare From Kaiser Permanente

I believe the true advantage of Kaiser Permanente is its integration. I am happy and proud to be a part of an environment where all medical services are working in unison with one another, in one setting to provide its patients with truly exceptional healthcare. I am also happy to have the latest technology available to me to care for my patients. This all makes for a gratifying work experience and career.

My Outside Interests

I love the outdoors and I love to exercise. I try and convey to all of my patients the importance of exercise in maintaining a healthy body and healthy mind and try and practice what I preach. As an ex-competitive swimmer I love being in the water and enjoy all water sports. I also enjoy snowboarding in the winter. It is wonderful living in a place like California where we have so much natural wonder all around us to experience. I feel very lucky to be here.

An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
