Welcome to My Internet Home Page

Welcome and thank you for visiting my home page. I hope this page would give you a brief introduction and background of me as well as some useful and reliable information concerning your health as an employee; including injuries, treatment and prevention.

About Me

I was born and raised in Punjab, India. I earned my medical degree from Guru Govind Singh Medical College, Faridkot, India. Before migrating to United States of America, I served in the Health & Family Welfare Department in Punjab, India. I completed my internship in family medicine in Carilion Health System, Roanoke, VA followed by completion of my occupational medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA. My medical interest includes musculoskeletal medicine.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008. Kaiser Permanente is a well established health care organization that provides quality patient care to the community. Central Valley is growing rapidly, and it will provide me a lot of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

When I am not working, I enjoy jogging, traveling and listening to music especially spiritual songs. My native language is Punjabi and Hindi but I am also fluent in English.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe in providing updated and evidence based comprehensive care to injured workers in a well organized health care system to facilitate their early functional recovery.

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and I look forward to seeing you.

Select a personal physician - An important part of your health care experience at Kaiser Permanente includes building a relationship with your personal physician. If you haven't already selected one or want to change, click here to choose a personal physician for yourself or for a family member.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
