About Me

I was born in Iran and immigrated to United States in 1985. I have received my undergraduated degree, B.S. Chemistry from University of California, Irvine. I received my Pharm.D. from University of California, San Francisco and went on to complete my general practice pharmacy residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California I came to Kaiser in 2003 and have worked in Anticoagulation clinic and Medication Therapy Management Program and am currently care managing patients in Diabetes Clinic.

Personal

I am married and have two wonderful daughters. My family is my joy and pride. I would like to spend my free time with my family especially since my daughters are going up too fast.

Hobbies

I love running and I try to do two half marathons per year. I love listening to music and reading. I enjoy traveling with my family. On my days off I volunteer at my daughter's schools.
