Welcome to My Internet Home Page

Thank you for coming to Kaiser Permanente for your health care needs. I hope I can provide you with the best possible care for your Physical Therapy needs.

About Me

Growing up my parents taught me that providing service to others is an essential responsibility of every individual. So I knew at a young age that I wanted to become a physical therapist so that I may provide care and help patients improve their physical well-being.

My determination to become a physical therapist gave me the motivation to work and continue my education full-time. In 1996, I received my bachelors of science in biology from the California State University Northridge and my M.P.T. (masters in physical therapy) from the California State University in 2002. I have been a licensed physical therapist in the state of California since March 2003. My expertise is in outpatient orthopedic.

I have served on the United Way of Stanislaus County board of directors, and have also volunteered and have contributed to many other charitable organizations with my husband, Dr. Hamid Shirvani.

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and I look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
