Welcome To My Home Page
Joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Group: 2009
I truly enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families. I believe in an integrated approach to treatment by looking at the biological, psychological, and social factors that may be affecting your child’s overall well being. My clinical responsibility at Kaiser South San Francisco is to provide medication evaluations and on going treatment to children and adolescents on medication. I believe in carefully evaluating and providing each child and parent with the risk, benefits, and alternatives of medication so that they can make an informed decision.
I like practicing psychiatry at Kaiser since it offers a comprehensive team approach to treatment. The Child and Adolescent team provides evaluations, individual and group therapy, and medications as needed. The new medical developments at Kaiser such as electronic medical records and secure email messaging to providers make it an exciting place to practice.
I along with the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry department look forward to helping our patients and their families.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
