Welcome To My Home Page!
As a health care provider, I’m able to help provide relief from pain or discomfort as well as being able to see the benefits my patients receive from the treatments. This is such a rewarding experience that I would never trade it for anything. I believe in being there for my patients, providing them the help they need that will promote their overall well being. This allows the patient to "thrive" by being in the best possible condition both physically and mentally. I believe that we are here not only to treat the patients, but provide an example of positive ways to live through various educational classes offered.
In physical therapy, we stress the importance of staying fit and maintaining our natural body movement. We heavily rely on our body on a day to day basis and that is why physical therapy is so important to all of us and with it, we are able to provide the relief of pain and help to promote and return patients previous physical well being.
At Kaiser Permanente, we are able to develop an on-going relationship with our patients. This allows me to provide an overall health care and improve my patient’s quality of life. I am a member of the Arthritis Foundation where I help to promote and facilitate the benefits of aquatic therapy. I'm also currently pursuing my masters degree in Education because I believe educating our patients is the first step in bring the awareness of their overall well being and what they can do to improve life and live better & longer.
During my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, sea and whitewater kayaking, sailing, orienteering, mountain biking, backpacking, surfing, and any other type of activities that will get my heart pumping. I'm also able to speak Cantonese fluently.
