Welcome to My Home Page!

My colleagues and I designed My Doctor Online to make it easier for you to take care of your health care needs. We’ve included a variety of superior online programs and health information that we have evaluated or written ourselves. Providing you with only the highest quality materials demonstrates our commitment to giving you the best quality care.

Background

grew up in southern California and attended college in the northeast at Brown University, located in Providence, Rhode Island. I stayed at Brown for medical school and underwent my anesthesiology residency training at the University of Connecticut. I happily joined Kaiser Permanente in 2009.

Roles and Responsibilities Undergoing surgery can be an anxious experience. Whether this is your first time having anesthesia, or if you’re a “pro”, it is my goal to both alleviate your worry and provide you a safe anesthetic. My hope is to truly care for you in a kind, meaningful and professional manner.

Hobbies and Interest In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and church family.

My Credentials

Medical school Brown University School of Medicine, Providence, RI
Internship Brockton Hospital, Brockton, MA
Residency University of Connecticut, Farmington, CT
Board certification Anesthesiology, American Board of Anesthesiology

Disclaimer
If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
