Welcome to my home page!

I was intrigued by how a pair of glasses allowed me to see clearly. This made me realize just what I had missed before. Ever since that moment, I knew I wanted to study and get to know everything about the eye. Our eyes are one of the fascinating organs in our body. There is no greater joy than to be able to see the world clearly.

After graduating from UC Davis with my Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, I went to State University of New York School of Optometry and graduated in 1998. I’m a general optometrist with therapeutic certification.

My interests…

  • While I provide all aspects of Ophthalmic care, I have special interests in the usage of contacts to improve vision.
  • On a personal note, when not at work, I enjoy reading, watching the news and spending time with family & friends.

My recommendations…

Vision is very important to every one of us. We use our eyes for almost everything and everyday. I encourage anyone who wears contacts to get annual eye exam, children when they start preschool to get their eyes check, and everyone to get regular eye exams. Kaiser is a wonderful organization that can provide you excellent ophthalmic care. Please visit our optometry, ophthalmology, and optical service departments for your eye care or call to schedule your routine eye exam at (408) 362-4740.
