Greetings! Welcome to my web page!
About Me
I am proud to be a member of such an outstanding department and the medical group here at Kaiser Permanente Central Valley. I hope that we can always provide the highest quality of care and service to you.
I was born and raised in rural Vermont. I enjoy reading, cooking and sewing. I am also active in my church and have recently fostering abandoned kittens with HALO (a non-profit rescue group). I live in Brentwood with my husband, Bruce, along with our three cats and two dogs.
After high school, I continued my education at Dartmouth College, NH and obtained an undergraduate degree. I then went into medical school and received my medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine, Burlington, VT. I then moved to New Jersey and pursued an internship at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ. I completed my residency at State University of New York, Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, NY.
My Philosophy of Care
My responsibility during your surgery is to keep you as safe and comfortable as possible. There are usually several ways to achieve these goals. I enjoy spending time with each patient discussing and planning the best anesthetic possible for the procedure. If you have any particular needs, requests or desires, please feel free to address them during our pre-operative appointment.
Our entire Anesthesiology Department and I want to be certain that all of your concerns are addressed. If you forget to ask a question during your pre-operative office visit, please call (209) 476-3633.
Thank you again for viewing my web page!

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
