My Biography

I am a Bay Area native, and I love San Francisco. I was a Kaiser Permanente patient for nearly 20 years. After training on the east cost over the past 15 years, I’m eager to apply the knowledge I’ve garnered, from excellent hospitals nationwide, at San Francisco Medical Center. Areas in which I’ve developed particular interests are care quality, public health, and patient emergency care. I both read and am involved in research on these topics.

The best aspect of Kaiser’s system is the fact that our health care model is comprehensive and integrated. In this type of seamless teamwork environment, physicians, clinicians, and specialists pool their resources and expertise in a quest to deliver optimal care for our members.

In my leisure time, I enjoy capoeira, a Brazilian form of martial arts. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful, loving family and friends. I THRIVE through endeavoring to make every meal as organic as is feasible, and I’m also an avid cyclist.
