My Biography
I’ve always been a Kaiser Permanente member starting from birth. Since I was born at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, I found it ironic that I’ve been given the opportunity to return and work here as a Physical Therapist. I chose Kaiser Permanente for many reasons. The diversity of the population, the reputable learning environment, the collaborative team and the innovations in technology for accessibility and communication with the physicians, other providers, and patients made it a worthy place to do my residency. Furthermore, extensive knowledge and experience amongst my colleagues and the variety of services and classes offered to patients are some of the vital reasons why I wanted to become a part of the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco team.
My role as a physical therapist is to help my patients recover from injuries so that they can return to the things that they love to do. My areas of special interest are neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, and pediatrics. I feel that it is important to collaborate with my patients so that I can assist with their physical health and well-being. My goal is to keep my patients healthy so that they can work towards their personal and functional goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out at the gym, hiking, running, baking, and watching my favorite baseball team: the Giants. I also enjoy taking walks with my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Bella, to her favorite places in San Francisco.

An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
