Welcome to my homepage

Joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Group: 2008

Welcome to my homepage. I was born and raised here in the Bay Area. I went to UC Berkeley for undergraduate studies and then to UC Davis for medical school. I discovered the field of Radiation Oncology during my time at medical school. I then went on to complete my residency training in Radiation Oncology at Stanford in 2006. Radiation Oncology involves accurately delivering high energy x-rays to treat benign and malignant conditions. However, the primary reason I decided to go into Radiation Oncology was to be able to work with cancer patients. They have tremendous strength and hope, qualities that I also wish to embody.

I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008. I made this decision because I admire Kaiser Permanente's dedication to provide the highest quality of patient care and services. It is very important to me that my patients have all their questions answered and a clear understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan after each consultation. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family as well as the occasional game of basketball.

My Credentials

Medical school UC Davis School of Medicine, Davis, CA
Internship Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Oakland, CA
Residency Stanford University, Stanford, CA
Board certification Radiation Oncology, American Board of Radiology

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
