Welcome To My Home Page!

Hi and welcome to my home page! I joined Kaiser Permanente and the Medical Group in 2011 and look forward to a long career here in the East Bay area. My family and I could not be more excited about being part of this community. I have a focused practice taking care of individuals with fractures and associated musculoskeletal conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. I have completed a fellowship in orthopaedic trauma while working for Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, Florida. I perform open reductions and internal fixation in most regions of the body, to include the pelvis, acetabulum, and periarticular regions (surrounding joints). I also perform osteotomies for deformity correction and treat patients for both acute and chronic osteomyelitis (infection of bone). My practice philosophy is to address your needs both surgically and non-surgically to allow for the fastest recovery and with the least amount of long term disability.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
