Welcome to My Internet Home Page

Hello and Welcome to my home page. Hopefully you will find the information on this site helpful in assisting you with your healthcare needs.

About Me

My name is Christine Millhollin and I am the Asthma/COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) Care Manager at Kaiser Permanente Stockton and Tracy. My program assistant is Shanie Siador.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at California State University, Stanislaus and my Master of Science degree in Nursing at University of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA. I am also a registered respiratory therapist (RRT). My medical interests include pulmonary medicine, self-care management of chronic conditions, and alternative medicine. I started with Kaiser Permanente in 2002.

In my spare time, I enjoy my two grandchildren, hiking, camping, dancing, traveling, and reading murder mysteries. I am a Seattle Seahawks fan and Oakland A’s fan.

Philosophy of Care

"Helping people to learn how to help themselves."

I believe strongly that as providers, we should empower our patients with the knowledge they need to care for themselves and encourage them to be as independent as possible.

How to Get Care

All appointments are by referral only. Please contact your personal care physician or nurse practitioner by making an appointment at (209) 476-2080.

Successful Office Visits

To help assist me in providing you with the best possible care, please bring the following items when you come for your appointment:

  • Spacer (holding chamber)
  • Peak flow meter
  • Current inhaler/nebulizer medications and any oral medication you take for breathing problems

For more information about Asthma management, please pick up a FREE Asthma Education Packet in the Health Education Department located on the 1st Floor, Ste. 135.

Thank you for visiting my home page. Your comments and suggestions are always welcomed and I look forward to seeing you.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
