Welcome to Physical Therapy! I look forward to meeting you and developing a personal program to help you return to your activities. I would like to tell you a little about myself.

I was born and raised in Santa Clara County. I earned my Bachelor of Science at University of California at Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. I received my Doctoral of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland.

I first became interested in physical therapy during high school. My mother sustained a severe injury, and I was able to assist in her recovery process. Ever since I have been very interested in the recovery process for orthopedic conditions, as well as neurological conditions.

I spend my weekends enjoying this beautiful state of ours with a variety of activities including snow skiing, water skiing, mountain biking, hiking, volleyball, and kayaking.

Since you have already visited my home page, please take this opportunity to explore kp.org. On the left side of this page there is a vast amount of resources. If you have any questions, please let me know through secure messaging or my voicemail, 408-851-1469.

If you think you have a MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY or go to the nearest hospital. DO NOT attempt to access emergency care through this web site. An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: serious jeopardy to your health, serious impairment to your bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of any bodily organ or part. An emergency medical condition is also "active labor," which means a labor when there is inadequate time for safe transfer to a Plan hospital (or designated hospital) before delivery or if a transfer poses a threat to the health of the member or unborn child.
