Welcome to my home page!
I joined Kaiser in 2005 and since that time have been an active member of the Emergency Departments in Hayward and Fremont.
I grew up in the avocado capital of the world (that is, a small town called Fallbrook in San Diego county). I attended Harvard for my undergraduate education and then moved to San Francisco for a year to do an internship with the AIDS Health Project. I then moved back to the East Coast, to the Bronx, to attend medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After medical school, I did a medicine internship in New York City and then 3 years of Emergency Medicine training at Boston Medical Center.
I’m glad to be back in the Bay Area. In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, eating at new restaurants, and snowboarding.
I hope that this website can help answer any additional questions that you may have about your medical condition. The links to the left (especially ER Topics and Post Emergency Room Care Instructions) provide a lot of useful information. The entire staff and I in the Emergency Department are dedicated to providing you with the finest in patient care and service. Our doors are open to you and your family 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
