My Specialty and Why I Chose It

I am an audiologist who specializes in hearing aid dispensing at the Kaiser Permanente Hearing Aid Center on Arden Way in Sacramento. The Hearing Aid Center provides hearing services and hearing aid sales. I enjoy hearing aid sales because the right hearing aid can dramatically improve a person's work, communication, and quality of life.

My Practice Philosophy

A hearing aid should be comfortable and sound good. It should work within a person's life and life-style. Each individual hearing loss is unique and different. Each individual has their own set of circumstances. My job is to help determine which style, type, and model of hearing aid will help the most.

My Qualifications

Master of Science Audiology Brigham Young University
Doctorate of Science Audiology A.T. Still University

My Tenure with Kaiser Permanente

I have worked at the Kaiser Permanente Hearing Aid Center since 1997. I thoroughly enjoy the work environment, my co-workers, supervisors, and Kaiser Permanente members. Kaiser Permanente encourages me to continue my personal and professional development. I appreciate that Kaiser Permanente also values keeping up on the constantly evolving hearing aid technology. Knowing that some hearing aid manufacturers may fit some people better than others, we do not limit our contracts to a single hearing aid manufacturer. That helps me provide more consistent and personal service to the members. I am able to choose the manufacturers that will give the members access to the best possible solution to their hearing problem.

On a Personal Note. . .

Though I am a California native, my family moved to the Sacramento area in 1997 from the New England area. I have to say I appreciate the more temperate weather here. My wife and I have three beautiful children who are a joy to watch and be with. My passions are sports (both playing and watching), biking, reading, and being with my family and friends.

Thank you for your interest in the Hearing Aid Centers. Please call us if you have any questions, (916) 977-3277. Our receptionists are very helpful and knowledgeable and can help you with information and/or appointments. We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for major holidays.
